Yes it looks like picture but it does not have a switch for the espresso maker and that is the only reason I purchased it. The word espresso is not even mentined in the instruction book. It always makes me unhappy when I get swindeled!

this is probably the best coffee make I have bought. the four cup was so attractive, user friendly: that i ordered the 12 cup. the 12 cup is just as nice.i just cant believe how fast delivery was. great service, and product. happy consumer. oh yes, makes good coffee..

Though it's not a brand I've ever heard of, it's been great so far!I like that it doesn't take up a lot of space as I don't have much counter real-estate.The instructions were certainly not originally written in English, so the translation is good humor!
