After using this for a month or so I feel ok writing a review. It looks great.......but that's the best thing I can say. The reservoirs for the water and the coffee are both odd shaped and not easy to use or clean. Everything else works well as advertised except for one thing......the coffee! Be very careful what grind you use or you won't get a very good tasting cup of coffee. The water just doesn't seem to come in contact with the grounds for a long enough time....especially if you don't have the right grind. The preground coffees work ok but if you grind your own like me be careful. Buy this brewer if you like a coffee maker that looks and you don't mind preground coffee taste. 3 stars.

I've had the Brew Central for many years, which I love, but the carafe recently broke. I thought I'd replace it with this model. It works well and produces a nice cup of coffee. Although the package says that it's easy to clean, I found it to be extremely difficult. The coffee reservoir is oddly shaped, won't fully drain, and there are areas that you simply can't reach. I'm returning it solely because of this problem.
