I got this brewer in December and it worked great for 4 months. It's simple to use and does what it's supposed to, although it does take significantly longer (a couple minutes) to brew vs. one of the larger Keurigs.Unfortunately at the 4 month mark, it stopped working. I returned it and got a replacement. The replacement brewed exactly one cup, then stopped working. I don't know what the deal is with this appliance, could possibly be a defective part. I returned this second unit and switched to another brand.
