Brews poor coffee; a mess to use

I just returned mine after one day. Hard to load with water - it is a very messy activity. It brews a very weak coffee with lots of fine grounds getting through. Very unpleasant to drink - perhaps the water doesn't get hot enough because the coffee is cool, also.Overall a very unsatisfactory product.
