This product is well made with excellent attention to detail in production. There are no leaks or ill fiting parts as we had with our Cuisinart. There are just 2 of us using this coffee machine so we particularly appreciate the small 'batch' adjustment so that we can make 4-6 cups at a slower rate but made with a higher quality result. I think it is the best 'bang for the buck' coffee machine in Amazon considering all the features and the precision machining of all the parts.

I am not a coffee drinker but my husband is and he loves this little machine. It works very fast, it is quiet and very easy to clean. The removable water tank makes for very use refill and he says it makes good coffee.

We love the coffee maker, it works really well, the removable water basin and snap out coffee filter cup makes it very easy to use. The reason it gets 4 stars instead of 5 is because if the water basin has 10 cups of water and you select to automatically brew 3-5 cups for the next morning, it brews 10 cups, obviously very untasty coffee.
