I bought some of the most expensive coffee makers out there equipped with all (and too many) bells and whistles). At the end of the day, those coffee pots were never any good -coffee was COLD...features were not necessary...and COSTLY!This Proctor Silex is a simple efficient, well made coffee maker. It even has a perm. filter included but can use the regular disposable paper kind. Great, Great, Great!

This coffee maker is easy to use and easy to clean. I get a perfect cup of coffee every time. It's fast. Also, it has a pleasant appearance and does not take a lot of counterspace. I am pleased to recommend it.
