purchased for my long haul truck driver husband. He states it takes approx. 30 min to brew a cup of coffee. otherthan that it's ok

Gave this to my husband at Christmas. Nice coffee maker but he tried it out and it takes an hour to make a pot of coffee. Not really pleased. He tried calling the customer service, no answer, left message, no call backs. Really disappointed. If no one calls us back, will probably return it. Which means shopping for another one.

this item is hard to clean, it doesn't come apart. The well where the water goes.Looked like it was a reburbised item.
