Pot is holding up ok. The plastic stains and it is hard to see if the pot is clean or not.Bought the special coffee pot liquid cleaner and that it's it clean

Our Keurig coffee maker gets lots of use and demands constant replenishing of its water supply. An ordinary glass pot, perhaps one salvaged from an old coffee maker, would ordinarily be assigned that task. Frequent use, though, escalates chances of accidents. This decanter reduces those chances to near zero because of it construction...a metal protective shieild for its bottom, plastic for the decanter itself that serves two purposes...protection and reduction in nicks and scratches that might mar its appearance. All in all, I view it as one of my better buying decisions.

I bought this to use at the office. We don't have to worry about it breaking, which is great, since we're not always gentle with it.
