Takes 10-12 minutes to brew a great tasting coffee.I like the regular flat, not cone shaped filters can be easily used. Looks nice on the counter. Generally very pleased and happy both pots can brew simultaneously.

We had this previously for our Sunday School classroom. It eventually wore out and we needed a new one, after much searching I found this one and it is pretty much the same thing and brand.Benefit you can make a pot of decaf and a pot of reg at same time....or just make two pots of whichever you choose. Low cost alternative if you need about 25 cups of coffee at a time.Unfortunately, both pots tend to leak around the spout due to the shape of the glass pouring spout. Very difficult to pour without making a mess.

i RECEIVED THIS CRAPPY COFFEE MAKER. It is not what is pictured. The coffee filter holder does NOT swing out. You have to flip the top open and I am an elder and my finger do not work well. I can hardly take the filter holder out cause you have to pinch it to get it out and again I say my fingers do not work well. If I had known that this crappy coffee maker was like this I NEVER would of ordered it. If you can do something to get me the coffee maker as pictured, it would be wonderful. Not a good customer service for a disabled US Army Vet....
